The Charter

Ecological negotiation is a method of negotiation that imposes the application of universal values. Its objective is to allow the establishment of rules favoring the stability, the peace and the harmonious use of the natural and human resources of the territories.

For this purpose, Group Members work initially to define these values and their operational modalities. The set of values and modalities will then give rise to the Charter on the application of ecological negotiation in a context of global law.
